comparewavs

comparewavs inputwavfile1.wav skipblocks1 inputwavfile2.wav skipblocks2 differencewavfilename.wav

Compares inputwavfile1.wav with inputwavfile2.wav and ouputs difference to differencewavfilename.wav.  The skipblocks parameters allow a skipblocks initial blocks to be discarded before comparison starts.
